Having trained in French restaurants and worked together in the Alps, they have brought their knowledge and passion for French cuisine to create a dish that is both traditional and innovative. Our dish features a clean and hearty red wine sauce that is made with a homemade stock, utilizing an abundance of flavorful vegetables, aromatics, and fine wine.
