Whilst working for Sir Richard Branson, Chef Adam travelled frequently to his private island, finding a love for the Carribean beach lifestyle and al fresco beach dining. Hoping to share this experience with you, Green Kitchen brings you our dish of house BBQ'd protein, including GMO free, sustainably certified Prawns for our Balanced and Pescatarian Plans, and Jerk Bean Patties for our Vegan and Veggie lovers, with GK Rice & Peas, zingy mango salsa, grilled peppers, spicy rocket, and new smokey pineapple jerk BBQ Sauce.
